    This thesis includes requirement analysis, system function, systems design, programming and the system tests and exists the aspects such as question etc, and comparatively systematically introduced the whole course of " wage management information system " subject development. This system adopts zorch software in the small-size data base management system " Visual FoxPro 6.0 " as the system development tool, fully analyses is undertaken and on the foundation of system demonstration by the unit the surveying and study wage management system Kai Fayanzhis, not only it can accomplish the basic vocational work requirement of wage management, like " staff and workers' adding and deletes and wanton condition query, basic item statistics, printout report form " etc function; And possess the characteristics such as the programming is reasonable and the operation is simple and theoperating is reliable and confidentialty is strong etc.
